By visiting, becoming a member of, purchasing a subscription from, or subscribing to Litesee, you agree, without qualification, to be bound by the terms and conditions of use set out below.

Subscription and services: We offer online services. After payment, users receive access to our products which are entirely internet –based. No product is delivered physically.

Cancellation and Return Conditions: Litesee will allow a full refund of most items within 7 days from date of purchase.

Litesee offers you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited right to access, use and display the content of this Web Site, provided that you comply with this Agreement as set out in full.
You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your Litesee account, username and password. You agree to notify Litesee of any unauthorized use of your Litesee account. Use of the site is at your own risk. Litesee provides users with the ability to post messages, use chat rooms, and find English resources, such as pen pal correspondents, local English schools and job offers.

By using these services, users agree to contribute only original content. Furthermore, users agree to refrain from using objectionable language, using the services to make unsolicited contact to members, and behaving in a disruptive and/or threatening manner.

Litesee is not responsible for the content of messages sent by users to other users they have located through Litesee. Litesee may remove any posted message at any time.

The pen pal guide directory and the information contained therein represent proprietary information owned and maintained exclusively by Litesee. Using the directory for any purpose other than language learning correspondence between Litesee members is strictly forbidden.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Litesee and its affiliates, partners, suppliers, and employees from any and all liability, claims, costs, or damages arising from your use of the Site or your breach of any of the obligations set herein.

Litesee has the right to modify this agreement and any policies affecting or pertaining to the site. Your continued use of the site following notice of the Agreement modification will be considered an acceptance of the modified terms and conditions of use.

This agreement will remain in effect for the entire time that you use the site and/or are a member and/or fee-based subscriber of Litesee.
